Glossy and Barrier Packaging Solutions

Metallized BOPP films offer both aesthetic gloss and high performance thanks to the metal coating applied to one surface of thin plastic films. These films, produced with one side metallized and the other heat-sealable, help protect products with their gas, moisture, and light barrier properties.

The metallized surface is preferred in flower wrapping, gift packages, and general packaging applications with its design suitable for printing and lamination processes. Thanks to its heat-sealable property, it provides high efficiency in packaging lines and offers compatibility with different applications through single or double-corona options.

Metallized BOPP films can be used in food packaging (chips, coffee, crackers, wafers, etc.) and decorative packaging. It is recommended that the metallized surface does not come into direct contact with food; primer lacquer application is recommended before printing to increase ink adhesion.
